My Journey With Depression Medication

Depression hits me like a bat to the gut. One moment I’m fine, and then all of a sudden it’s the sky turns a gloomy grey. The colors of the world fade until everything is a slightly different shade of grey.

My mind turns into my worst enemy. My inner voice becomes my own personal bully. Eventually I have trouble telling the difference between reality and lies.
