I loved the gender patch as well. I don’t usually pay attention to the patch notes, so when I found out about the new settings it was a nice surprise. There’s a mod somewhere that lets you put top surgery scars as either a skin or a tattoo.

It took me a while to get used to the changes in Sims 4, but I could barely run Sims 3 due to my computer so 4 works better for me. They’re slowly adding more content that we’re used to seeing. Sometimes I think it’s hard to remember how the previous Sims title was when it was just the base game, and that made Sims 4 feel a bit more restricted as well. However, that’s no excuse for not having toddlers and pools in the basegame.
