Don’t Tell My Parents I Snatched An Xbox Ultimate Game Pass

Looking back, I think I regret my decision to pick up a PS4 over an Xbox.
I’m not completely sure though. Both Microsoft and Sony offer a digital game renting system based on a subscription model. I tried Sony’s when it was still a baby, and maybe that’s why I didn’t like it much. This is why a lot of gamers end up purchasing both if they don’t play on the PC. If money allowed, I certainly would have purchased both.
We have this Xbox in the upstairs living room that doesn’t get used very often. It puts a crack in my gamer heart every single time. I’ve just been too sick and extremely fatigued to show it any love. Luckily for me, that’s changed in the past few days.
It started off as a reunion with Madden 20, which I should have purchased for my PS4 instead of the family Xbox so I could fire it up in my room. I hadn’t played the football game in months, and I’d found myself enjoying it for over an hour. I didn’t want to put the controller down, but I had to go to dialysis. I even played it some more when I got back that night.
Now it’s Friday, one of my off days, and I spent the morning going back and forth between my two teams I’m doing franchise mode…
